What Is a Neck Harness?

It is a padded set of straps worn over the head with a chain or strap hanging in front, where a plate or kettlebell is attached for loaded neck extension and flexion.

Wrestlers, fighters, rugby and football players and strength athletes use it to build neck strength in a controlled way.

How Is a Neck Trainer Built?

In the Oath and Oak factory, the neoprene crown pad is cut and bound, then joined to webbing straps whose ring tabs are sewn with reinforced box stitching.

The chain or strap clips to those rings, so their stitching is checked on every piece. Hooks, straps and cuffs belong to our wider strength training accessories range.

How Are Neck Trainers Packed?

The chain is coiled and bagged separately so it does not scratch the padding, then packed with the straps and a usage card in a box or pouch.

Each pack carries a barcode, and cartons are padded to protect boxes from the weight of the chain.

Which Neck Trainer Details Should You Decide First?

Chain or Strap

A chain suits plate loading in gyms, while a strap suits lighter, quieter home training.

Strap Count

Three adjustable straps hold the pad more securely on different head shapes than two.

Safety Card

A clear card should tell customers to start light, move slowly and seek advice if injured.
