Our loop resistance bands are made for brands in the Oath and Oak Global factory in graduated levels for strength training, mobility work and banded lifts.
They are long, continuous loops of latex or TPE, commonly around 41 inches, used for banded squats and deadlifts, stretching and mobility, and wrapping around racks.
Resistance rises with width and thickness, so a set of loops covers light mobility work through to heavy strength training.
| Specification | Options |
|---|---|
| Material | Natural latex in layers, or TPE |
| Length | About 41 inches, other lengths to order |
| Widths | From about a quarter inch up to several inches |

Narrow, light loops for stretching, warm-ups and assisted movement work in gyms and at home.
Mid-width loops for banded squats, presses and rows, the core of most graduated sets.
Wide, thick loops that add serious tension to deadlifts and squats for strength customers.
TPE loops for customers with latex allergies, available across the same resistance steps.
For every Oath and Oak build, latex loops are formed from thin layers built up to the target thickness, a method suppliers credit with better tear resistance than a single pour.
Each loop is cut to width for its level and printed after curing. Fabric and tube formats are part of our broader resistance bands range.
| Element | Customization Options |

Further branding routes are listed on our customization page.
Loops are coiled individually so the latex does not stick together, then packed in a printed box or pouch with an exercise guide.
UPC or FNSKU labels go on each set, and master cartons are packed by set size for retail and Amazon stock.
Choose how many levels the set covers and how big each step is between neighboring bands.
Ratings depend on stretch, so print a range on each band rather than one fixed weight.
Latex gives the most stretch, while TPE opens the range to customers with latex allergies.
You test each level for stretch, snap-back and resistance feel, check color order and confirm the print stays sharp when the band is stretched.
Production holds each level to the approved width and thickness, and every lot is compared with the samples. Fresh band concepts move through our product development steps.
Our quality control process includes these checks on each lot:
Both make good long loops, but they suit different customers and price points.
| Feature | Latex | TPE |
|---|---|---|
| Stretch | Highest stretch tolerance | Slightly less springy |
| Snap-back | Strong and consistent | Softer |
| Allergy | Unsuitable for latex allergies | Latex-free |
| Feel | Grippy rubber | Soft to the touch |
| Colors | Standard range | Wide color range |
Most strength brands lead with latex resistance bands and add TPE loops for latex-sensitive customers.
Your quote from Oath and Oak sets out MOQ and timing, which depend on material, number of levels, colors and packaging.
Listings for resistance loop bands also reach shoppers searching for looped resistance bands, so name both. Send levels, colors and artwork through the form, and sets ship by air or sea freight.

Nicks from sharp edges, sun exposure and stretching past their limit are the usual causes. A care card telling customers to inspect bands before use reduces the risk.
Yes. Strength customers loop them around the bar and rack or anchor them under the feet to add tension to squats, deadlifts and presses as the lift rises.
Coiled, out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources. Latex dries and cracks faster in sun and heat, so storage advice belongs on the packaging.
New latex can have a rubber smell that fades after airing the bands for a few days. Mention this on the insert to avoid surprised customers.
Yes. Each level can carry its own name, range and logo print, which helps customers pick the right band quickly during training and cuts down on mix-ups.
