Fitness Accessories Manufacturing FAQ for Brands and Bulk Buyers

This fitness accessories manufacturing FAQ from Oath and Oak Global answers the questions buyers ask most before and during an order, grouped by topic so you can jump to what you need.

It covers private label questions, bulk order questions and OEM manufacturing questions, from the first quote to the moment your cartons ship. Anything not covered here can go straight to our team.

How Do Quotes and Orders Work?

These answers explain what we need from you and how an order is priced and planned.

Send the products you want, preferred materials, sizes, colors, logo method, packaging and an estimated quantity for each item. If some details are still open, tell us, and we will suggest options and price the most likely setup.

Yes, but it is not one fixed figure. It depends on the product, the material, the branding method and the packaging you choose. We confirm the minimum for your exact setup in the quote, so you can plan stock and budget clearly.

Yes. A single product can be split across sizes and colors, each with its own SKU, barcode and packing. Tell us the size and color breakdown in your request so the quote reflects the real mix you plan to sell.

Yes. Each quote lists the product, the logo method, labels and packaging as separate lines, so you can see how each choice affects the total and adjust the setup before you confirm the order.

Yes. Approved specs stay on file with your reference sample. For a repeat order, you only confirm quantities, sizes and any changes, and production follows the same specification as the first run.

Yes. Many brands pair proven private label products, such as straps or wraps, with one OEM item built to their own design. Each item keeps its own spec sheet and sample approval, and they can still ship together.

How Do Samples and Development Work?

Every Oath and Oak project starts with a sample, so these questions come up early in most conversations with new buyers.

A sample shows the real materials, fit, stitching and logo before money goes into a full run. Problems found at this stage are quick to fix, while problems found after production are costly for everyone involved.

You send notes and photos of what should change, and we make a revised sample. Rounds continue until you approve one, and that approved piece becomes the golden sample that every bulk lot is checked against.

Yes. A photo, sketch or reference product is enough to begin. We turn it into a spec sheet for your review, then develop your own version with distinct details rather than copying another brand’s design or logo.

Yes. Many brands sample a belt, straps and sleeves together so the whole range can be checked side by side for color, logo style and packaging before they approve the collection for production.

Our product development page explains each sample stage, what to check at each one and how a new design moves from an idea to an approved golden sample. It also explains what to send if you only have a sketch.

What Can You Brand and Customize?

Branding choices depend on the material, so these answers explain what works where.

We offer embroidery, embossing, debossing, screen print, silicone print, sublimation, heat transfer, woven and printed labels, PVC or rubber patches, and engraving on metal hardware. Each method is matched to the material it goes on.

Yes. Metal buckles and levers can be engraved, and some hardware can be finished in a colored coating. These options suit belts and lever belts where the hardware is a visible part of the design.

Yes. Send Pantone references and we match materials, threads and inks as closely as each material allows. The result is confirmed on your sample before bulk, so you approve the exact shade.

Yes. Boxes, polybags, hang tags and cartons can carry UPC or FNSKU barcodes, care labels and your marking rules. Send your requirements with the order so packing matches your warehouse or marketplace.

Vector files such as AI, EPS, PDF or SVG are ideal, because they scale cleanly for embroidery, printing and engraving. A high-resolution image can be used to start, then redrawn for production.

How Do You Protect Product Quality?

Quality is checked through production, not only at the end. These answers describe how.

Materials are checked when they arrive, cut parts are checked before sewing, and line checks review stitching, sizing and logos during production. A final inspection then samples finished goods before packing begins.

Every lot is compared with the golden sample and spec sheet you approved. Measurements, materials, colors and logo placement are judged against that physical reference instead of a description or memory.

Contact your account contact with photos, the order reference and the affected quantity. The team reviews the issue against the approved sample and agrees the next steps with you in writing.

Yes. You can book an outside inspector to check goods before they leave the factory. Share the date and requirements in advance, and the goods and documents will be ready for the visit.

The quality control page sets out each inspection stage, how defects are classed and handled, and what appears in the inspection summary you receive before shipment, including photos of packed goods.

How Do Shipping and Delivery Work?

Orders ship by air or sea. These answers help you choose and plan delivery.

Air suits urgent launches, samples and lighter orders because it is faster. Sea suits large or heavy orders, such as belts and resistance band sets, where lower freight cost matters more than speed.

Yes. Different products are packed by SKU in their own cartons and shipped together, with a packing list that shows what is in each carton for easy receiving at your end.

Cartons and units can be labeled to your Amazon instructions, including FNSKU labels and carton labels. Check the latest Amazon requirements with your account before each shipment, since rules change.

Yes. The United States is our main market, and we also ship to buyers worldwide. Tell us the delivery country in your request so freight options can be planned with the quote.

Boxes are packed into master cartons sized to prevent crushing, and heavy items such as chains, hooks and belts are packed so metal does not mark fabric or printed boxes while in transit.
