The fitness accessories manufacturing process at Oath and Oak Global runs in our own factory, from receiving leather, webbing and neoprene to packing your branded cartons for air or sea freight.
This page walks through each stage, the departments involved and the checks between them, so you know exactly how your order is made.
Every order moves through the same path: materials are checked, cut to pattern, assembled, branded, finished, inspected and packed. Each stage has its own team and its own checks before work moves on.
Keeping these stages under one roof means the people who made your sample also make your bulk order. Questions get answered on the floor rather than passed between companies.
It also makes mixed orders practical. A brand can order belts, sleeves and straps together, and each department plans its share of the work against the same delivery date.
| Department | What It Does | Example Products |
|---|---|---|
| Pattern room | Makes and grades patterns for each size | Gloves, sleeves, grips |
| Cutting | Cuts leather, neoprene and webbing by die or by hand | Belts, straps, wraps |
| Leather work | Splits, layers, edges and finishes leather | Belts, straps, gymnastics grips |
| Sewing | Joins parts with box stitching and bar tacks at load points | Straps, hooks, ab straps |
| Branding | Embroidery, embossing, printing and label work | Every category |
| Packing | Bags, boxes, labels and cartons by SKU | Every category |
Together these factory capabilities let one order cover several categories without handing work to outside workshops.
| Material | Used For |
|---|---|
| Genuine leather in several grades and suede | Belts, straps, gloves and grips |
| Nylon and cotton webbing | Straps, belts, ab straps and harnesses |
| Neoprene in 5 mm and 7 mm | Knee and elbow sleeves, cuffs and padding |
| Elastic blends | Wrist wraps, knee wraps and elbow wraps |
| Latex, TPE and fabric | Resistance bands and tubes |
| Steel hardware | Buckles, levers, D-rings, chains and hooks |
Incoming rolls, hides and hardware are checked against your spec before they reach the cutting tables.
Leather is graded by thickness and surface, neoprene by density and face fabric, and webbing by width and weave. Matching each grade to the product keeps feel and durability consistent from the first order to the last.
Materials are measured for thickness, color and finish, and anything off spec is set aside before cutting.
Graded patterns guide cutting for every size, so parts fit together the same way across the whole run.
Parts are joined, edges bound and load points reinforced with box stitching, rivets or bar tacks.
Your logo is applied by the method approved on the sample, in the agreed position and size.
Loose threads are trimmed, edges finished, and finished goods are checked against the golden sample.
Products are bagged or boxed with your labels, cartoned by SKU and booked on air or ocean shipments.
At Oath and Oak, checks sit between stages rather than only at the end. Cutters confirm part sizes, sewing leads check stitch density at load points, and the branding team compares logos with the approved sample before packing.
A final inspection then samples finished goods for appearance, size and function. Read the full inspection path on our quality control page.
When a check finds a problem, the cause is fixed at that stage before more pieces are made, which keeps waste low and protects your delivery date.
